Esperienza fantastica: Sardinia’s Best Double Act: Enrico & Lorenzo at Sea Let’s be honest: spending a whole day on a boat with strangers could go either way. Add one very White Lotus-coded guest (equal parts Tinder Swindler and chaotic main character energy) and you’d think we were in for a disaster. But somehow, Enrico and Lorenzo made it an absolute dream. From the moment we stepped aboard Velieri Valentina, they had us all in the palm of their hands—with zero cringe. The food? Outrageously good. Proper Sardinian flavours, fresh seafood, pasta that could make you cry, and iced coffee shots delivered by speedboat. Say yes. Always say yes. I had a very specific (and slightly melancholic) vision: to recreate that iconic solo photo of Princess Diana on a yacht—on the anniversary of her passing, no less. Not only did they get it, they nailed the mood. The result was pure cinema. Enrico basically turned into a DOP, Lorenzo manned the vessel like a pro, and somehow, the whole thing was moving without being melodramatic. Enrico’s magic tricks came out at just the right moment to distract from any sea-induced queasiness, and his tales of the sea made you feel like you’d lived a little slice of Sardinian life. Lorenzo kept everything flowing—wine, conversation, and smooth sailing—even as the group dynamic leaned reality show adjacent at times. And honestly? I didn’t expect to feel that sad saying goodbye at the end of the day. I could’ve done a whole week. It was that good. If you’re heading to La Maddalena, skip the generic boat tours. Go with these two. They know how to steer a ship and a vibe.

Esperienza fantastica: Superbe journée Nous avons passé une excellente journée à bord de ce beau voilier. Son skipper, Enrico,avec sa bienveillance, son humour nous a mis très vite à l'aise. De beaux paysages, des eaux cristallines et un bon repas sarde. A faire sans hésitation.

Esperienza negativa: The Maddalena archipelago is breathtaking, the Valentina a beautiful boat, and our fellow guests an absolute delight. Lorenzo, the skipper, deserves special thanks: professional, respectful, and calm: exactly the kind of presence you hope for, and feel safe with, at sea. And then there was Enrico. The website promises vintage sailing, crystal waters and fine cuisine. What we got was mostly the Enrico show: forced (hand-)holding/touching, magic tricks, and jokes about bodies that were less ‘entertaining’ and more awkward, sometimes even plain unpleasant. I will not forget how another (lovely and beautiful) lady got a comment on her cholesterol. Nor will I forget it was mentioned there were 6 ‘extremely wealthy people’ present on the boat. It was mentioned, multiple times, that Enrico could only guarantee an special experience ‘if you loved him’. The comedy act wasn’t just bad, it was tacky and, at times, frankly unhygienic. We sure appreciate good jokes (even ones that cross the line for most others), but we missed the ‘good’ in these jokes. Our logged equipment confirmed it: in a full day, we spent only 32 minutes in the water, SPLIT between two (crowded) stops. At one point I was deliberately separated from my husband during snorkeling, not exactly what you call safe hosting. Add to this an hour of being left on Maddalena island, gathered at a poor café (perhaps so Enrico could rest after his one-man show?), and you begin to see the pattern. As for drinks: everyone shared from near-identical plastic cups filled with tank water. Cups were cleaned with (only) the same tank water (no cleaning product). Not replaced, making it impossible to tell which one was yours: a basic hygiene risk dressed up as hospitality. Lunch was cold pasta with olive oil, olives, dry bread, cheese and sausage. Edible, yes, but far from the ‘authentic seafood cuisine’ advertised. Just before lunch, we got offered bargain white wine and cola zero. There were no snacks. There were no drinks (outside of the lunch cola zero/wine). Out of respect for our fellow guests, who were absolutely lovely, we did not make a fuss during the entire trip. My husband is very upset, since this was supposed to be one of the special outings for my birthday. It sure was special, but not for the reasons one would assume. The good company of the other guests, and the beautiful surroundings, made the experience pleasant. In short: we absolutely loved the company, we admired the very polite and skilled Lorenzo, we adored the sea. But the magic promised online was replaced by a different kind of performance altogether. If your dream day involves the archipelago, sail elsewhere. If you dream of being part of Enrico’s cabaret, and maybe someone else’s cup, then this is the tour for you!

Il capitano Enrico è molto simpatico e disponibile e ci fatto divertire tanto, guidandoci attraverso l'arcipelago della Maddalena. Mare dai colori bellissimi, tanti pesci e calette accoglienti. All'imbarco ci è stato offerto del caffè, poi aperitivo, pranzo e merenda....accompagnati da vino della Gallura.. Tutto molto gustoso. Una bella esperienza che consiglio.

Esperienza fantastica: Our full-day boat excursion to La Maddalena with Velieri Valentina was pure magic. Nikolai and Marco were an outstanding crew—so attentive, friendly, and dedicated to making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. We stopped at four spectacular swimming spots, each more breathtaking than the last. The scenery was simply stunning, with turquoise waters and pristine landscapes that made for unforgettable memories. The food and wine onboard were all local Sardinian delights, adding an authentic touch to the experience. We ended the day with limoncello and mirto, both a perfect finish to an incredible journey. The whole excursion was safe, well-organized, and thoroughly entertaining for both the young and the young at heart. I can’t recommend this experience enough for anyone planning a trip to Sardinia—it was truly a highlight of our holiday!

Esperienza fantastica: We had an unforgettable day exploring La Maddalena archipelago! We were well cared for with flotation vests, snorkels, snacks/food, and beverages. Took our 7 year old son and 3 year old daughter and swam into each of the coves we made a stop at. Would highly recommend!

Esperienza fantastica: We chose this excursion on a veliero to explore the La Maddalena Archipelago on our last day in Sardinia, and what a wonderful way to say goodbye to a remarkable vacation! The tour was incredibly complete, the crew were lovely and attentive from start to finish — they promptly answered all our questions the day before and made sure we were comfortable and well-informed on the day of the tour. The king of the tour was Enrico, the captain, who kept us smiling and feeling safe all day. His knowledge, humor, and passion made the experience even more special. The boat itself was beautiful and spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone on board. The food and drinks were very good, and we were treated to a wonderful array of sights and small side trips on a smaller boat — pure magic from start to finish! It was worth every cent, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect day at sea in Sardinia. Thank you for making our last day such a highlight of our holiday! ✨

We were looked after superbly and treated to delicious food and drinks throughout the day as well as enjoying a grand sailing and swimming tour of the gorgeous La Maddelena archipelago. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and would recommend this particular adventure.

Esperienza fantastica: Non posso raccomandare abbastanza questa esperienza in barca. È stata l'attrazione principale del nostro viaggio in Sardegna. Enrico ha reso l'escursione divertente e ha mostrato un'ottima conoscenza della zona. Il cibo era semplice, tradizionale e dal gusto sublime. Eravamo solo in 6 nel tour, quindi abbiamo ricevuto un'esperienza molto personale. Non esitate a prenotare questa escursione, non rimarrete delusi!

Esperienza fantastica: Un'esperienza da ricordare!!! Io e la mia amica non vedevamo l'ora di partecipare a una gita in barca. Temevamo di non riuscirci a causa del vento forte; il rammarico di non poter vedere l'isola di Spargi aveva preso il sopravvento e invece....l'equipaggio meravigliosamente composto da Nicola e Cristian è riuscito a invertire la rotta del mio umore facendomi ricordare questa gita come una delle esperienze da ricordare! Una navigazione in completa sicurezza e un equipaggio sempre attento alle nostre esigenze che ha fatto sentire noi e gli altri ospiti continuamente coccolati! Abbiamo visto alcune calette bellissime che non conoscevo, non mi sono mai annoiata, anzi non sono mancate chiacchiere, risate, musica e un'eccellente cucina per soddisfare anche i nostri appetiti!

Esperienza fantastica: Lo scorso venerdì io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una giornata meravigliosa sulle bellissime acque con Enrique e Allesandro. La barca è stupenda. Siamo stati accolti con grande calore e abbiamo avuto un viaggio veramente magico. Non posso raccomandare questo viaggio abbastanza. È un must. Grazie a entrambi per il vostro duro lavoro e divertimento. Abbiamo passato un tempo così felice che non dimenticheremo mai.

But he also knows people and manages to make everyone feel welcome. He made the day very special, and did so effortlessly, sharing his knowledge and love of the locale freely. Esperienza fantastica: Abbiamo partecipato alla giornata con il veliero,ci siamo divertiti moltissimo,Enrico, Alessandro e Nicola persone squisite,umorismo,risate e musica ci hanno accompagnato per tutta la giornata, abbiamo fatto il bagno in posti incantevoli, il giro in gommone con Enrico è stato meraviglioso, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di seguire la Rolex Cup,il cibo a bordo buonissimo,a partire dalla frutta della mattina,poi aperitivo e pranzo con penne e gamberi, ottimo vino,Mirto Number One,per merenda una buona torta al limone,con bevanda alla frutta,ottima compagnia con le ragazze messinesi a bordo, consiglieremmo ai nostri amici abruzzesi di prenotare questa esperienza,noi la porteremo per sempre nel cuore,la nostra escursione l'abbiamo fatta il 4 settembre lunedì ,grazie Enrico al tuo staff.

Esperienza negativa: Che bella giornata avrebbe dovuto essere, purtroppo è diventata un'esperienza brutta e molto deludente. Non vedevamo l'ora di fare il tour in barca e fino a dopo il pranzo tutto era come previsto. Purtroppo è andato storto a causa del comportamento strano di Enrico. Subito dopo il pranzo ha portato alcune persone sulla barca gonfiabile senza alcuna spiegazione. Io ero con lui, mentre mio marito doveva rimanere a bordo della barca a vela. Con la piccola barca abbiamo fatto un giro tra le isole. Questo era ovviamente molto bello, ma siamo stati via per quasi 2 ore, mentre l'altra metà del gruppo ci aspettava sulla barca a vela. Loro non hanno visto nulla di tutto ciò che era bello. Non trovo giusto voler pagare 360 euro per un giorno per 2 persone ma non avere affatto la stessa esperienza. Sulla barca gonfiabile, Enrico è stato anche degradante nei miei confronti e nei confronti di una donna americana, ha fatto commenti su 'turisti stupidi' in italiano, pensando che io non capissi nemmeno una parola di italiano. Totalmente inappropriato! Ha parlato in italiano per il resto del tempo e ha ignorato il mio commento a riguardo. Quando a un certo punto non sono riuscita a ricordare immediatamente il nome del nostro hotel, mi ha dato un bacio sulla fronte con uno sguardo significativo agli altri del gruppo di lingua italiana. Ha dimostrato il suo punto: sono una turista stupida. Tornati sulla barca a vela, ha cercato di alleggerire l'atmosfera con battute stupide, ma a parte Enrico e 3 persone che parlavano italiano come lingua madre, nessun altro rideva. All'improvviso ha detto che era ora per l'altro gruppo di salire sulla barca gonfiabile. Ho spinto mio marito ad andare con loro affinché potesse vedere le stesse belle spiagge che ho visto io, anche se non avremmo potuto viverlo insieme... Purtroppo questo secondo viaggio è stata solo una pomata sulla ferita: dopo meno di 20 minuti erano già tornati alla barca a vela e quindi non avevano visto affatto le stesse cose che abbiamo visto noi. Abbiamo risparmiato per fare un bel viaggio in auto attraverso la Corsica e la Sardegna, il che è costato moltissimo, ed è molto triste che il capitano locale ci faccia un po' di prendere in giro, ci separa e fa in modo che non possiamo vedere le stesse cose belle. Probabilmente Enrico pensa che siamo molto ricchi e che possiamo permetterci tutto questo, ma no, ANCHE NOI dobbiamo lavorare sodo e risparmiare, e riteniamo che 180 euro a persona siano abbastanza per avere almeno la stessa esperienza. Tra l'altro: la stessa gita in barca costava 90 euro a persona 2 anni fa (una donna svizzera accanto a noi aveva già fatto questa gita 2 anni prima). Se raddoppi il prezzo in 2 anni, dovresti essere extra gentile, invece di questo comportamento sgradevole, poco professionale e offensivo. Mi dispiace molto dover dare una recensione così negativa, ma sento davvero di dover condividere questo affinché i turisti stranieri sappiano in anticipo cosa può succedere quando Enrico ha una brutta giornata. Se potessi dare 0 stelle, lo farei senza esitazione.

Esperienza fantastica: Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel en famille ! Balade sur la côte, visite des Îles alentours et pause déjeuner dans un cadre super, tou y était ! La pasta de la Nonna était une pure merveille !! L’enthousiasme et la sympathie d’Enrico a su mettre tous les voyages d’accord ! Moment de convivialité qui vous rappel une fois de plus que des Sardes sont d’une hospitalité sans pareil. C’est donc sans peine que je recommande à tous cette activité. Pour les plus italiens d’entre nous : Ci siamo trovati benissimo in famiglia! Passeggiata sulla costa, visita delle isole circostanti e pausa pranzo in un ambiente fantastico, c'erano tutti! La pasta de La Nonna era una meraviglia!! L'entusiasmo e la simpatia di Enrico hanno saputo mettere d'accordo tutti i viaggi! Momento di convivialità che ricorda ancora una volta che i sardi sono di un'ospitalità senza pari. È quindi senza difficoltà che consiglio questa attività a tutti.

Esperienza negativa: Io e mio marito abbiamo fatto una gita sulla barca a vela il 20 settembre di quest'anno. Il gruppo era fantastico, eravamo circa 9 persone tutti molto simpatici da diversi paesi e questo ha fatto che fosse molto interessante e divertente. Lo skipper Alessandro è stato super gentile ed il clima era perfetto. Peccato per il comandante (credo di si chiami Enrico), il signore piu' anziano che ha avuto degli atteggiamenti per niente professionali, facendo domande fuori luogo, forzando alcune persone a fare cose che divertivano solo a lui e facendo sentire le persone a disagio. Consiglio quindi fortemente di riconsiderare se lui è a bordo. My husband and I went on a sailing trip on 20 September this year. The group was great, we were about 9 people all from different countries and this made it very interesting and fun. The skipper Alessandro was super nice and the weather was perfect. Too bad about the boat manager (I think his name is Enrico), the older gentleman who had some unprofessional attitudes, asking inappropriate questions, forcing some people to do things that only amused him and making people feel uncomfortable. I therefore strongly recommend reconsider whether he is on board. Mein Mann und ich haben am 20. September dieses Jahres einen Segeltörn unternommen. Die Gruppe war großartig, wir waren etwa 9 Personen aus verschiedenen Ländern, und das machte es sehr interessant und lustig. Der Skipper Alessandro war super nett und das Wetter war perfekt. Schade um den Bootsmanager (ich glaube, er heißt Enrico), den älteren Herrn, der sich unprofessionell verhielt, unangemessene Fragen stellte, einige Leute zwang, Dinge zu tun, die ihn nur amüsierten, und dafür sorgte, dass sich die Leute unwohl fühlten. Ich empfehle daher dringend, noch einmal zu überprüfen, ob er an Bord ist.

Esperienza fantastica: Enrico non solo sa come condurre il suo bellissimo veliero in sicurezza verso i posti più belli del parco nazionale, ma affascina anche con una miscela incantevole di umorismo, arguzia e fatti interessanti. Il cibo a bordo era delizioso e le piccole sorprese facevano volare via il tempo! Altamente consigliato!

Esperienza fantastica: Magica esperienza in una giornata estiva spensierata di agosto in pieno traffico di barche nell’arcipelago della Maddalena. Mi chiedo non è possibile aggiungere le stelle a questa speciale esperienza? E’ stato stupendo! Mi porterò nel cuore queste meravigliosa gita alla scoperta delle isole e delle bellissime cale. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio a bordo in partenza da palau, personale professionale, capitano simpatico e gran uomo di mare. Dalla merenda mattutina al pranzo e un buon Francia corta la sera siamo rientrati felici e ricchi nel cuore, negli occhi e nella mente di una grande avventura!

Cibo delizioso, antipasti e pasta con gamberi e vino (in bottiglia). Successivamente Mirto, Limoncello, caffè, torta e succo d'arancia. Abbiamo avuto acqua disponibile per bere tutto il giorno. Meravigliose baie per nuotare e fare snorkeling, non affollate da altre imbarcazioni turistiche. Possiamo raccomandarlo vivamente. Durante la nostra prossima vacanza in Sardegna prenoteremo di nuovo questo tour in barca.
